On my arrival in Germany on the 22nd of April I was facing some little inconveniences: exactly on this very day the ground staff of the Airport in Stuttgart was on strike, and thus no planes were able to land - something rather unusual for Germany!

Kathmandu is 1800 meters above sea level, and during this time of the year the days are sunny and mild, and the nights are refreshingly cool. A pleasant change to the heat in Bangladesh. ![]() Upon my arrival in Dhaka on the 31st of March I immediately focussed on preparing things for our Holy Name Retreat at Rup Sanatan Tirtha near Jessore. I had invited Tribanga Prabhu to join us for the event - as a disciple of HH Radhanath Swami and originally coming from Czech Republic, he is now living in Mayapur. I had met him there during the last couple of years, and I had discovered him to be leading melodious and prayerful kirtans. |
